This class is for the absolute beginner yoga student! If you have been thinking about doing yoga or have been scared and don't know which class to try, this class is made JUST FOR YOU! Yoga is incredibly beneficial for your mental and physical well being. This class will guide you through basic asanas (or poses) and help give you a solid foundation of working the body with the breath in a gentle way. This class will help you achieve proper alignment in the poses and help you achieve a beautiful, safe practice.
*Students with injuries are welcome. Please make sure to come a few minutes early to speak with the instructor about your limitations so we can offer the proper modifications during class.
