Do you want to learn more about yoga but don't know how or where to start? Are you intimidated by large class sizes and want to try something new without feeling intimidated? Then this is the class for you!

Our 6 week Beginner's Course will introduce you to the fundaments of yoga. This series is great for the brand new yoga student or those that have limited yoga knowledge or for the yoga student who may want a refresher course on the basics. In this series we will go over breathing synchronization and techniques, several Sanskrit words you may hear in a yoga class and their meaning, basic yoga poses including Sun Salutations, and guided meditation. Each week you will receive a hand out so you can learn to incorporate Yoga into your daily life and use what you learn for the rest of your life!

No drop-ins will be allowed, this series will be closed the day it starts. Will you have to miss a class? No problem! You will get a free pass to use in our studio at a time that's convenient for you as well as any hand outs you may have missed. Registration is required in advanced and must be paid for in full by the first class.
