Beginners 2- Six Week Series

Our 6 week Beginner's 2 Yoga Course will introduce you to the fundaments of yoga. This series is great for the yoga student that has some basic yoga knowledge. In this series we will go over yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, basic yoga poses and guided meditation. Each week you will receive a hand out so you can learn to incorporate Yoga into your daily life and use what you learn for the rest of your life!
Sundays from 5:15pm-6:15pmMarch 17th, 24th, 31st, April 7th, 14th, and 28th (No Class on April 21st due to Easter Holiday)

No drop-ins will be allowed, this series will be closed the day it starts. Registration is required in advanced and must be paid for in full by the first class. To keep class sizes small, registration will close when max occupancy is met and a wait list will be created for the next series. Register NOW before you miss out!
