“Ashtanga” means “8-limbed method,” which includes a number of mind-body elements. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a set series with specific inhale and exhale for every movement which will improve health and wellbeing. You will be introduced to postures, breathing and concentration practices, as well as deep relaxation. We will build upon the practice and gain a firm foundation on Ashtanga Yoga.
