A gentle, slower class to help you unwind and relax! This class is suitable for all levels and great for the beginner yoga student! This class will help you take a break from the hustle of every day life. Soft candle light is used in the studio to set the ambiance as relaxing music plays and we guide you through a slower flow of restorative poses. The studio will supply props (bolsters, blocks, blankets, etc.) to help you truly get comfortable in each pose.
*This class is also great for anxiety, depression, and insomnia!
