Level 1 class: Focus on your balance and concentration in this hot yoga class that is heated to 103* using 40% humidity. This class will get your heart rate up while flowing through poses using Vinyasa technique. This class is for all levels and we welcome Newbies! Make sure to bring water and a sweat towel.
